1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 98pkt platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered members who access the full range of gaming and betting services. The platform is operated under the 98pkt brand and accessible at 98pkt.pro.

By accessing 98pkt, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms are updated from time to time — the date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the platform after a revision means you accept the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 98pkt you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a real individual person — corporate registrations are not accepted.
• Not be excluded from online gaming through a self-exclusion request on 98pkt or a similar platform.
• Provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it up to date.

98pkt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If age cannot be confirmed, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Any winnings generated during a period when the account was ineligible may be withheld pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each player may register one account only. Duplicate accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household address are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and combined balances reviewed under anti-fraud procedures.

During registration you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for account verification, payment processing and support communication. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 98pkt will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 98pkt support immediately and change your password. 98pkt is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 98pkt are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other available mobile wallet options. Deposit methods available to your account are shown at the time of deposit.

Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on the 98pkt platform. The platform does not accept deposits from third parties — your deposit method must belong to you and be registered in your own name. Any deposit from a payment source that does not match your registered account details may be returned and the account suspended for review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time. 98pkt does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made from your account at any time for your available real-money balance. Available balance means funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement from a bonus. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. If that is not technically available, a verified alternative Pakistan payment method may be used. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

Identity and payment verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed, or at any point if the account activity triggers a review. Standard documents requested include a copy of your CNIC and confirmation of the payment method. Providing these promptly avoids delays in processing your withdrawal.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. 98pkt is not responsible for delays caused by banking partners once the transfer has been initiated from the platform.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

98pkt offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. The specific terms for each offer — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are stated alongside each promotion when it is advertised.

General bonus rules that apply to all 98pkt promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account after the qualifying action (deposit, registration) is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements count contributions differently across game types — slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute less. The specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period.
• One bonus per player per promotion. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a breach of these terms.
• 98pkt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed through error, technical fault, or in breach of these terms.

7 Gameplay Rules

Slot games, fish games, live casino tables and other 98pkt gaming products are supplied by third-party game developers. Each game operates under the rules defined by its developer, including the stated RTP (Return to Player) and volatility settings. These figures are set in the game code and cannot be altered by 98pkt.

Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). All outcomes are independent — previous results have no effect on future results. The house edge is a mathematical property of each game and is not subject to manipulation.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — connection loss, game freeze, server error — the round outcome is determined by the state of the game at the point of interruption. 98pkt's decision on the outcome in these circumstances is final. If a game malfunction is confirmed, the affected stake will be returned.

8 Sports Betting

The 98pkt sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan matches), football, esports and other markets as available. Bets must be placed before the relevant market closes — bets placed after a market has closed will be voided and stakes returned.

Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. Quotes displayed at the moment of bet placement are the accepted odds for that bet. Odds movements after a bet has been confirmed do not affect the accepted odds for that wager.

In the event that a match is abandoned, suspended or does not conclude within the conditions specified for settlement, 98pkt reserves the right to void bets and return stakes or to settle bets under the prevailing result at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific market rules. Settlement decisions are final.

9 Responsible Gaming

98pkt is committed to providing a gaming environment where players can make informed choices and maintain control over their activity. The following tools are available to all registered players in their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on deposits. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made in that period.
• Session reminders — set a time limit for gaming sessions. A notification is shown when your session has reached the specified duration.
• Self-exclusion — take a break of a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). The account is suspended for the duration and cannot be reactivated early.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited on 98pkt and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under your identity or any false identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical faults in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder funds through gaming activity.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under applicable law.
• Abusing the bonus system as described in Section 6.

98pkt monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Accounts that trigger fraud or abuse detection may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. If an investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be closed and any balance forfeited.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

98pkt may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting support.

If your account is closed by 98pkt due to a terms breach, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion will have real-money balances returned in full.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an administrative fee deducted monthly from the remaining balance, after a prior notification period. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactive period will be closed automatically.

12 Privacy and Data

98pkt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and communication about your account and platform updates. It is not sold to unrelated third parties. Payment processing partners handle transaction data under their own privacy and security standards.

13 Limitation of Liability

98pkt provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims for continuous uptime, brief periods of maintenance or unplanned downtime may occur. 98pkt is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, provided reasonable steps to restore service are taken promptly.

98pkt is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Errors in information you provided during registration or payment processing.
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors once funds have been dispatched by 98pkt.
• Force majeure events including network outages, government actions, or natural disasters.

In all cases, 98pkt's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

14 Changes to These Terms

98pkt may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address registered on their account. The updated terms will also be published at this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method following account closure at your request.
